Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your order:

  • Orders from $0 to $250: $10 flat rate
  • Orders from $250.01 to $500: $20 flat rate
  • Orders from $501.00 to $999.99: $40 flat rate
  • Orders of $1,000 and above: $60 flat rate

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM will be processed the following Monday.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our warehouse:

Pickup Location: 791 Calle C, First Floor, San Juan, PR 00920

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, until 5:00 PM. Orders placed after Friday at 5:00 PM will be processed on Monday.

Refunds & Returns

Please note that all sales are final. Cigars Island does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team directly for assistance.

Wholesale Orders Only

Cigars Island operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier. We do not sell or ship to individual consumers. All shipments are fulfilled for authorized retailers and distributors only.
